Every TrueNutra order is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee, beginning on the date your order is delivered. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Botanical supplements work gradually. We recommend taking the product as directed for the full period before making a decision.
How to Request a Refund
1. Email us at support@clickcraftventures.net with your order number.
2. Briefly describe your experience.
3. We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
4. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of confirmation.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged, the seal was broken, or you received the wrong product, contact us at support@clickcraftventures.net with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Bundle Orders
If you return part of a bundle, the refund is calculated on the price actually paid per bottle. If returning bottles means the order no longer qualifies for its bundle tier, pricing is recalculated at the applicable tier.
Important Notice Regarding Chargebacks
We are a real, responsive team committed to resolving every issue quickly. Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider, we require that you contact us first at support@clickcraftventures.net. We respond within 1–2 business days. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may be disputed with full evidence including our refund policy, order confirmation and delivery records.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made more than 30 days after the confirmed delivery date.
- Bottles damaged through misuse or improper storage.
